Well my idea for a name comes from the idea of having a coffee shop in the future.
I would like to name our group(and the coffee shop)
Common Groundz
With the tag line being
Uncommon Hope
My reason for this is 1) because I thought it would be cool to have a name that worked for the coffee shop as well 2) Because I think the whole point of "yadda Yadda" and the future coffee shop would be for us all to find a common ground. To unite us all. Everyone of all ages and background in the town of Arborg. Coming together on the common ground of Christ's love. 3) I like adding the tagline Uncommon Hope because I think it is the Hope we have in Christ which really sets us apart. Sometimes our world looks pretty bleak...but we have a hope ...as possibility for the future...of making butterfly's from broken coccooons and catipillars. Of new life. It's rare and refreshing...hopefully that's the kind of people we can be...(and maybe the kind of coffee we'll sell? :o))

Some ideas from our family brainstorming session, not all of which should be considered legitimate contenders:
Space Bar
(Create space for authenticity and genuine searching for God and truth, space may also be taken to indicate the search transcends the limits of this world, bar connotes a gathering place where friends connect and unwind, space bar is the vital component on a keyboard that allows us to make sense of what would otherwise be a very confusing situation)

I reiterate that this was a brainstorming session, not a planning session, so everything is listed, not everything is deemed worthy of consideration.
Actually, I vote we just go join the Common Groundz Cafe that has already been started and has the WiFi hotspot already set up:
